Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an overnight shift Machine Operator - Blender to join their team. As a Machine Operator - Blender, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - Blender

Location: Blue Earth, MN

Pay Range: $20.93 per hour

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions to ensure high-quality goods are produced.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production activities and meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
