Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and creative Salesforce Lightning UX Design Lead to join the Global Commercial Systems Team of a large agricultural client. The ideal candidate is a visionary who excels in design and serves as a trusted partner within our global CRM product team. They will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and technology, ensuring seamless user experiences across our CRM capabilities.
Required Qualifications
· Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in UX design.
· Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both UX design and UAT testing.
· Experience working with Salesforce Lightning.
· Adept at using relevant design tools.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and leadership abilities.
· Experience working within a product family team with high collaboration
Preferred, Not Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
