Position Overview

Join our team in beautiful Columbia Falls, Montana, for an exceptional travel nursing opportunity! We're seeking an experienced LPN for weekend-focused shifts in a long-term care setting. This role offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a real difference in residents' lives.

 

Schedule & Compensation

  • Duration: 13-week assignment starting at the end of June
  • Schedule: Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 12-hour night shifts + weekday evening/night shifts
  • Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
  • Flexibility: Open to weekend-only arrangements for the right candidate
  • Pay Package:
    • $15.00/hour base rate ($71.00 OT rate)
    • $468 weekly meals & incidentals (tax-free)
    • $770 weekly lodging stipend (tax-free)
    • Total: $3,016 weekly gross

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate nursing care in a long-term care setting

  • Mentor and guide nursing assistants

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Current Montana LPN license
  • 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with healthcare technology systems
  • Knowledge of patient rights and current nursing practices
