Bob Weaver Auto is looking to hire a Service Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Business Development Center. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do :

As our Service BDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

• Customer Interaction : Answer and return phone calls and emails, spending time with potential customers to assess their needs.
• Appointment Setting : Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the service team.
• Multi-Channel Communication : Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and accurately.
