Key Responsibilities:

• Lead U.S. renewable energy transactions, including solar, wind, energy storage, and alternative fuels

• Draft and negotiate project documents and transaction agreements

• Provide legal and strategic counsel on infrastructure and energy development projects

• Manage cross-border and domestic matters involving petrochemical, mining, and power clients

• Advise on regulatory, commercial, and legal issues throughout the deal cycle

• Foster strong relationships with key clients and participate in business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in energy transactions, particularly U.S. domestic renewables

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Active admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar

• Strong background in infrastructure, project development, and energy sector law

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions with varying timelines

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
