Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of our Quality Management System (QMS) within a high-mix, precision component manufacturing environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards (such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a strong culture of quality across all operational functions.
As a core member of the leadership team , the Quality Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing quality systems in regulated industries and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $135,000/year. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other factors as permitted by law.
