Role Overview: The Salesforce Success Plans team manages our Customer Success Plan offerings (Standard, Premier, Signature) to ensure customer value realization across segments. We act as the voice of the customer, continuously improving our offerings through collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the strategy for Success Plans, especially for acquisitions.
• Gain deep understanding of acquired companies, products, and GTM strategies to craft launch proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Salesforce to build business cases for Success Plans in acquisitions.
• Research customer needs, develop point of view, and rationalize features and pricing.
• Prepare financial models and transition plans for launching Success Plans.
• Create presentations to align leadership on recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer-obsessed, curious, and accountable with a strong ownership mindset.
• Self-organized with the ability to work independently.
• 10+ years in management consulting, GTM, M&A, or product/services introduction.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and decision-making skills based on data.
• Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Please note: This role is Office Flexible, expecting 3 days/week in the office.
