We're scaling fast - and looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to lead the charge in digital growth. The Role: We’re seeking an experienced, data-obsessed Paid Ads Manager to take full ownership of our paid media strategy across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and emerging platforms like TikTok, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter). This role will report directly to the executive team and work closely with our in-house creative and funnel optimization teams. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Meta, YouTube, and additional social platforms Own campaign structure, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation (up to $100K/month) Analyze campaign performance, report ROI metrics, and refine strategy based on conversion data Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Stay ahead of ad platform policy changes (HIPAA-compliant campaigns), audience trends, and algorithm updates Identify and scale high-converting funnels tailored to Regenics’ core services (TRT, Weight Loss, Labs, Sexual Health) Requirements: 5+ years managing paid media accounts with budgets $50K+/month Deep expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube campaigns Proven experience scaling paid campaigns in the health, wellness, telehealth, or supplement space Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution modeling Strong understanding of HIPAA-compliant ad practices and telehealth marketing restrictions Creative and data-driven mindset with high attention to detail Experience with funnel tracking tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar) is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Why Join Regenics?
