POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) initiatives to generate the greatest potential number of leads. Additionally, they will assist in continuously optimizing Driving Academy's Website with regard to landing pages, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content creation and conversion optimization.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Coordinates Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with search and web advertising services to target key demographics, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Implements advertising strategies utilizing YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, or other social media channels.
Creates and optimizes website content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Optimizes Driving Academy website landing page to increase lead conversion
Facilitates SEO and SEM initiatives by assisting in website optimization, blog content creation, linkbuilding, and conversion optimization
Verifies all marketing content adheres to branding guidelines, key demographic preferences, and SEO guidelines.
Collaborates with content team to create scripts and organic video content
Other duties as assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all inclusive.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft and Google suite, including Excel and Google Sheets
Detailed knowledge of principles of SEM, PPC, SEO, and other key marketing practices
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Digital Marketing tools
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Possesses high degree of creativity
Capacity for monitoring and developing multiple concurrent projects
Possesses organization skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields required
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields preferred
At least 4 years of experience in managing PPC or SEM campaigns required
At least 1 year of experience in SEO, content creation, email marketing, social media management, paid social media, influencer marketing, or other relevant experience required
Asana or other project management software experience preferred
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, writing, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at a time
