THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Manager, Visual Merchandising – Wellness will develop and execute holistic visual merchandising strategies for the Wellness business across Ulta Beauty stores. You will act as the voice of the store experience for Wellness products and experiences, partnering closely with the Director of Visual Merchandising to ensure alignment with overall visual merchandising directives and templates. Your focus will be to create a consistent and elevated visual identity for Wellness, integrating product presentation, graphic communication, guest desirability, and ease of shopping. You will also be involved in developing new spaces for Ulta Beauty to bring Wellness to life. You will collaborate with the broader Wellness team, Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, brand partners, and more to translate business and brand strategies into visual merchandising programs that enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will work with Creative, Merchants, Store Planning, and Operations to ensure smooth transition from concept to store execution. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for Wellness, ensuring alignment with store experience standards. Collaborate with the Director of Visual Merchandising for synergy across departments and Wellness integration. Collaborate with Merchants and Marketing teams to turn business and brand strategies into compelling merchandising concepts for Wellness. Partner with Ulta Beauty’s wellness brand to develop best-in-class visual merchandising expressions reflecting the brand's identity and aligning with VM standards. Oversee branded fixture development for Wellness, ensuring each brand is well-presented and maintaining visual consistency. Coordinate transition planning with Merchants, Creative Operations, and brand teams for seamless execution and alignment with company goals. Create visual merchandising directives for stores, ensuring clear communication and effective store team execution. Maintain a forward-thinking approach by staying informed on strategies, anticipating design needs, and enhancing the wellness guest experience. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Minimum 8 years of experience in visual merchandising within corporate organizations, with additional in-store or regional experience preferred. Proficiency in visual and product merchandising techniques , especially with wellness products. Deep knowledge of store fixtures, graphic communication, product merchandising, and store operations. Experience with prototypes and sample store setups, and working with suppliers on production. Strong leadership skills to influence diverse teams and partners for smooth project execution. Excellent communication skills , both written and oral, for conveying concepts and standards. Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Monday.com. #LI-Hybrid
