Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator for our client in Los Angeles, CA. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic operations role, managing inventory flow, coordinating shipments, and supporting cross-channel logistics across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and Temu.

• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Pay: $30-35/hour
• Shifts Available: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 3 pm (initially) transitioning to 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and process inbound inventory; verify shipments and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and e-commerce channels (Amazon FBA, Shopify, Walmart, Temu, wholesale)
• Coordinate shipments to and from co-manufacturers and 3PL warehouses
• Track shipments to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment
• Process POs and vendor communications using EDI systems
• Manage Finale Inventory system integrity, ensuring accurate product data and stock levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ops, customer service, marketing) to align product movement with demand
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve issues cross-functionally

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or supply chain support
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Finale Inventory, SkuVault, or NetSuite
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with WMS platforms like ShipHero or ShipStation
• Exposure to multi-channel platforms (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Temu)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple vendors, systems, and tasks in a fast-paced environment
