Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and competitive individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. This role is ideal for someone who excels at recognizing opportunities and turning leads into long-lasting relationships with customers. As a member of our team, you will use your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to engage directly with clients, identify their needs, and recommend products and services that bring maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to offer the most suitable products and services.
Collaborate with your team to set and achieve marketing goals.

Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Property & Casualty license required.
Must be located within a 30-minute radius of the office.
