That’s why we need a Director, Global Safety & Security like you. Mission Lead and represent the global industrial safety and surveillance department, minimizing the company's exposure to industrial risks. Define the Company's Industrial Safety Policy strategy. Oversee strict compliance with existing regulations regarding Industrial Safety. Define the appropriate self-imposed safety levels. Communicate guidelines to the different managers of each site, globally. Coordinate the managers of each production center and subsidiary. What your responsibilities will be Define the requirements of the industrial safety and physical security management systems. Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and the company's own management systems. Lead and coordinate the global team of industrial safety and surveillance managers Inventory and manage industrial risks Coordinate proactively with the different areas of the group Represent the industrial safety and surveillance area both internally with leadership teams and externally. Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience across industrial safety Proficiency in English and Spanish Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team environment. Cultural awareness and adaptability across European & US regions. Willingness to travel across Europe & US as needed (20 - 30 % of time).
