Are you a digital savvy marketer who loves the idea of marketing for a company obsessed with building joy?

We are looking for someone eager to humanize the data and digital side of marketing, build our online presence, and match the right clientele with our services. The perfect fit will be a marketer who is strategy minded, knows SEO inside and out, is a pro at creating content for digital marketing channels, has experience with Canva or similar tools, and is highly skilled in website maintenance.

Job Details

Build, refine and execute a digital-first marketing strategy primarily focused on SEO building and client-forward brand.

Test, evaluate, and implement online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, pay-per-click, social media, client nurturing and retargeting to generate leads.

Leverage website analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience.

Oversee, maintain, and edit website (WordPress), including development and design

Coordinate with the Market Leaders to develop marketing projects and initiatives for all three FBC Remodel markets (Denver, Minneapolis, Chicago).

Implement marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to improve campaign efficiency.

Collect, evaluate, report, and illustrate national marketing efforts and ROI.

Oversee content creation and implementation on social media channels.

Requirements:

Over five years of digital marketing experience.

Thrives in an environment where creating strategy, taking direction, and timely execution is crucial to

success.

Proven digital lead generator through digital marketing campaigns.

Detail-oriented mindset that works well with data, catches mistakes others miss, exposes missed

opportunities, and is eager to test new digital approaches that maximize marketing efficiencies.

Thorough knowledge of PPC (Pay Per Click), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Google Analytics.

Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Suite and/or Canva.

Familiarity with web development platforms such as WordPress.

Familiarity with CRM Systems and creating automations to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Skilled at creating and editing marketing copy.

A good handle on emerging AI technologies

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear,

reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard and move objects weighing 30 lbs or more.

This role is a hybrid position, with 3-4 days a week in-office, and the candidate must reside in the Denver metro area. They may travel to out-of-state locations up to once a quarter.

Salary range

$70k - $90k.
