Criminal Justice Professor/Program Director Salary $44,000.00 - $88,800.00 Annually Chesapeake College invites applicants for a ten-month faculty Criminal Justice/Program Director position beginning January 2026. Position requires teaching courses in criminal justice online and in-person; overseeing curriculum development; assisting with program marketing, recruitment, and community outreach, and fostering partnerships with local law enforcement agencies and other criminal justice institutions. Required: Bachelors in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Law, or a closely related field required. Masters strongly preferred. Five years of experience in law enforcement, criminal justice or closely related field. Knowledge of criminal justice policies, legal frameworks, and judicial process.
