Job Title: Bookkeeper Compensation: $70,000.00 Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote; potential for 1 day in-office, 4 days remote) Employment Type : Full-time Compensation: 70k yearly Our client, a dedicated moving company based in the Bronx, is committed to providing exceptional service to its clients. They have an immediate need for a full-time Bookkeeper to join their team. Their team is built on trust, hard work, and integrity, and they are seeking a skilled professional to maintain their financial health. Position: They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage their financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks. You will play a crucial role in their month-end closing procedures and will be responsible for journal entries and bank reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare and post journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with month-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is completed and accurate.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Independent and collaborative work ethic
• Committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy
