• Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum
• Prepare and organize engaging learning materials
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to ensure safety and positivity

What You Get to Do:

• Lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development

• Monitor children’s progress and development

Starting Pay: Hourly $17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience and education.

Are You Qualified?

Whether you have experience in schools or not, you might be the perfect fit for us! The most important quality we seek is a genuine love for working with children. Many of our best educators come from diverse backgrounds, including customer service, healthcare, and retail.

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• Prior experience with toddler and preschool students
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop and tablet
• 12 Child Development Units - Required by the State of California
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
