What you'll do

  • Identify and communicate business process inefficiencies
  • Analyze findings, determine root causes, and develop recommendations to improve station performance
  • Support company delivery transformation projects and change management
  • Assist in special projects and investigations
  • Work in a variety of environments, including outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, including international travel

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent training/experience
  • 1+ year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline experience
  • Previous audit experience or root cause analysis identification
  • Knowledge of airport processes and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with advanced Excel skills
