Job Description : TekCom Resources is seeking an Aerial Lineman candidate to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. Ideally, this candidate is a driven individual looking for a career opportunity with high-growth potential.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helping with the overhead installation and/or repair of fiber optic cable.
• Responsible for daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Responsible for upholding standard of quality.
• Responsible for helping to set up job sites, traffic cones and signs.
• Must have the ability to climb poles, utilizing gaffs, ladder and a bucket truck to perform work.
• Responsible for running fiber blowing equipment.
• Responsible for job site clean-up and restoration.
• Follow all company safety, OSHA, and DOT policy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience
• CDL
• Time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Familiarity with the 811 Call Before You Dig system and process

Proven experience in any overhead/underground construction
