About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at EcoWater Texas, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. This position involves engaging with customers to provide tailored water treatment solutions that meet their needs while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor commission-based position . Excellent commission plan reflects our professional expectations of the position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our water treatment solutions.
• Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance product visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in territory or in home sales roles.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and persuasively.
• Knowledge of technology sales is beneficial but not required.
• Positive Attitude

Preferred Skills

• Water treatments sales are beneficial but not required.

Pay range and compensation package

Unlimited earning potential - $80K to $160K per year (+)
